He trained across the United Kingdom and Australia, completing his medical degree and early postgraduate years in the UK, subsequently gaining experience in anaesthetics, intensive care, and emergency medicine in Australia. He then undertook specialist training in General Practice and Pain Medicine, and holds Fellowships from the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, the the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists, Faculty of Pain Medicine, and the Royal College of Physicians of the United Kingdom.

Dr Campos holds a Master of Science in Sports and Exercise Medicine from Barts and The London School of Medicine, and a Master of Medical Science in Medical Education from Harvard University.

Dr Campos takes a comprehensive approach to pain management, integrating pharmacological, interventional, and multidisciplinary strategies tailored to each patient. His interventional practice is broad, encompassing spinal, peripheral joint, sympathetic, and visceral procedures across a wide range of acute and chronic pain conditions, with a particular interest in emerging and novel techniques for regional blocks. Alongside his clinical work, his research interests span the biological mechanisms of pain and the refinement of procedural technique. He is a Consultant in Pain Medicine at the Prince of Wales Public Hospital, Prince of Wales Private Hospital, and Waratah Private Hospital, Sydney. At the Prince of Wales Public Hospital he also contributes to clinical research and the education of junior medical staff.

Dr Campos consults across these locations and welcomes referrals from GPs and specialists alike, offering a collaborative approach to the management of acute and persistent pain conditions.
